Genesis Base Costs
Genesis pricing is based on a number of “licensable” objects in your Active Directory
that effectively define the scope of your implementation.
To determine the number of licensable objects in your system, download and run the

file listing all the licensable objects from which we can give you the cost of purchasing
Genesis.

Maintenance
A maintenance contract allows you to take advantage of product developments as soon
as they are released. The new capabilities defined in the product roadmap will help
you ensure that your implementation is maintained in its optimised state, and that
it fully utilises the capabilities of new versions of Active Directory as they are
released.
Maintenance cost is 25% per year of the current licence cost.

Quantifying Savings – when things don’t go wrong is not easy
What about support?
Initial support for Genesis is provided by the implementing consultant or VAR. The
support requirement is usually minimal, but should you require a formal arrangement
a support contract can be arranged. Rates for this would be based upon requirement
and situation, for example: level of cover, adherence to implementation guidelines,
level of training undertaken by in house staff etc.
